The Alexander

The Alexander is a ground-up construction project in the Hilltop neighborhood of Denver, CO. Utilizing innovative Passive House building science, our team will use strategic methods and materials that make the home outperform the average house in Denver. Benefits include better air sealing, thicker insulation, and locally designed and built windows. Wildfire season? No problem. The house will have its own ERV device acting as a set of lungs to ensure the house has filtered fresh air year-round.
