The Randall

After a remarkable remodel of the first floor, the homeowners of The Randall sought to revamp the second floor of their Capitol Hill home. The remodel included expanding the owner's suite and lounge area and renovating the guest bath and laundry room. Creative solutions were employed to remove debris without damaging the first floor, resulting in a luxurious space with his & hers walk-in closet, spa-like bathroom, and rustic lounge.
